We are wrapping up a tough week of training at BeFit.? Our clients have been setting PBs (Personal Bests) and transforming their bodies like crazy this summer!
It?s quite the eclectic group?we have clients who literally came ?off the couch? and joined our program. We have clients who have tried every boot camp in the North Shore with mixed results?and we have clients who have injuries/limitations and need individualized workouts to keep them progressing.
So exciting to see them transform and be a part of their results!!? Over the past few months, I?ve found one very common obstacle that keeps creeping up amongst our clients who are still struggling to achieve the results they want.
Odds are if you are not achieving the health, fitness and fat loss results you want, then you?re probably facing the same obstacle as well.
The obstacle I?m referring to is called: ?Knowing ?better, but doing it anyway.?
See, there?s this pesky little thing called procrastination that causes people to NEVER hit their full potential with their fitness (and life).? It?s sad because most people know what they should be doing, but choose to procrastinate instead and squander an opportunity ? thus FAILING to reach their full potential.
Truth is if you?re not where you want to be in life or with your health and fitness, you most likely know what you need to ?do to achieve your goals, but are making the choice ?to procrastinate.
Information is available to you everywhere these days.??Whatever you are looking for, you can find it for free ?or near free on the internet. Google and YouTube alone? are amazing tools. ?We use them all the time to get new ideas for our workouts!
But your problem is NOT lack of information?you may use ?lack of information? as an excuse.
But the ?TRUTH is, your problem is lack of A-C-T-I-O-N.??
Knowing better and not doing it is the #1 reason ?why most people never reach their full potential.?? If you know that you need to start eating better ? start eating better today.
If you know you?re struggling to find motivation on your own, hire a personal trainer or join a small group today.
If you know you need to make a change to change your health -? do it TODAY!
Procrastination is the kiss of death for goal achievement.
Don?t let it destroy your chance of success.?? You do have big goals right??? You deserve to achieve your goals and live the life? that you want for yourself.
