Samsung's next-generation smartphone - Galaxy S4 is highly anticipated by the tech enthusiasts across the world for many reasons. Adding to the wishlist, recently, there are reports circulating on the web claiming that the handset could be the world's first smatphone to boast a bendable and unbreakable display.
South Korean tech giant Samsung has been working on flexible displays for quite some time and there were widespread speculations that the company would release devices based on such displays in 2013.
According to a recent Reuters report, Mark Newman, an analyst at Stanford Bernstein in Hong Kong has claimed that either Galaxy S4 or Galaxy S5 will have unbreakable and even possibly flexible and foldable displays by 2014.
Galaxy S4 has been codenamed "Project J" after Samsung's mobile chief JK Shin and is rumored to be released by April next year. As the innovations in the smartphones are becoming a main deciding factor of consumers, flexible display could be a major selling point for the highly rumored Galaxy S4.
Talking about the rumored specifications of the Galaxy S3 successor, the handset could come with a 5 inch OLED HD display along with highly acclaimed 1920 x 1080 pixel of resolution accompanied with remarkable 441 ppi pixel density, Exynos S450 chipset with 2GHz quad core Cortex A15 processor, 13MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera for video calling, Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB/128GB internal storage options, 4G LTE and a 3,200 mAh battery.
